The purpose of this blog is to bring health into focus, because it is a priority. Each of us is responsible for our own bodies, but we can all use some help on the path to improving our fitness. My goal is to share what I've learned as I've navigated through various fitness methodologies and practices. I am a former collegiate athlete; an All-American in Volleyball and Track & Field. I am a Crossfit Level 1 coach, a USAW Level 1 Sports Performance coach, and an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. I am passionate about fitness - and it excites me to show people what their bodies are capable of doing, when their minds tell them they CAN.
